From the front of the building, the main door provides access into the open-plan customer seating area which can comfortably seat 70 diners utilising a mix of free-standing tables and chairs and booths with bench seating. Within this serving area is a counter service supported by a coffee preparation area plus there is an ice-cream service point which is always popular especially with younger customers. To the lower level is ‘Doo Below’ which is mainly set with fixed seating and bar stools. The large bar servery is set to two areas but situated back to back to facilitate ease of service. The ‘Doo Below’ has two TVs and has a sports bar feel.
