An excellent opportunity to acquire a well-established Thai Restaurant in a busy modern shopping block in Central-East Auckland. This business occupies a prime position offering main-road visibility and plenty of shared customer parking. A real exciting food hub!
This Restaurant has built a strong online presence and customer following over the years, with its Google Business profile receiving hundreds of customer reviews and a large number of positive and 5-star reviews.
Financials year ending 31 March 2026 show average weekly sales of approx. $14,927. This Restaurant is run under management and suits the current owner, however this is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on working operator.
The premises are spacious, well presented and feature a large dining area with plenty of seating and a dedicated bar/service area. An on-licence liquor licence is in place. Fabulous wide glass frontage showcases this seated restaurant.
Another standout feature is the large, well-equipped commercial kitchen, featuring a 4-position wok range, 6-burner commercial gas range with oven, extensive commercial extraction, additional cooking equipment and plenty of stainless-steel preparation and working areas. A pleasure to chef in.
