We are a custom residential landscape company, and have been in business for 18 years. We have a solid clientele base and reputation in the Canmore and Banff areas. We specialize in creative and functional design and installation for residential and commercial properties, and excel with our outstanding customer service.
Gross sales have ranged from $350,000 to more recently $178,000. There is proven opportunity to increase sales well over $500,000 for the April-Nov season. We have operated from 4-8 employees between April and November, and have several subcontractors on board. At this time we have not entered winter operations but there is ample opportunity to integrate snow removal into this business. Sales are primarily construction based (approx 75%) and we have approximately 16-20 ongoing maintenance contracts. We have remained busy through 2008 and 2018!
We are carrying no debt nor defaulted on any accounts. All our accounts are impeccable, and our insurance, CRA accounts and paperwork is in order. we are fully licensed and insured.
We are looking for someone to take the business to the next level, be it partner, or complete buy out. Partner opportunities would ideally incorporate purchase.
I am a trained landscape designer and would be interested to assist in this area.

We are located at the gateway to the Rocky Mountains, Canmore Alberta. We do not have a retail location at this time, and there is are currently no nurseries located in town. There is room for this, but at this time most all our supplies come from Calgary, excepting rock.
There is huge potential to expand here. The area is slated for development spreading down and around the Valley, bordering on Banff National Park to the West. Many homeowners have their holiday homes here, and the opportunity for other services exists. Revenue continued throughout 2016 on stable and promising level, much different from other areas in Alberta.
There are several other companies in town, but each of us has our own niche. We work, discuss and exchange information with some of the other companies.
Our niche is design, customer service, and communication. We excel in what we do and have an excellent reputation. I can comment on the other companies in person.
